You will need to have the heart of a teacher, ready to help our customers navigate difficult challenges in music.
Additionally, you will need to have a very thorough understanding of our products and our company in order to help our customers understand and use various Full Circle Music Academy products and services.
Our customer service representative may have additional responsibilities, but first and foremost, they will need to be ready at any moment to answer a customer as quickly as possible. We want to be known in the music industry for having the best support team in the business, and you will be a critical part of leading us towards this goal.
