Full Circle Music is looking for a customer service representative!

As our company grows, serving our customers in a timely manner is very important to us. We want to help them thrive and excel in the music industry.

You will need to have the heart of a teacher, ready to help our customers navigate difficult challenges in music.

Additionally, you will need to have a very thorough understanding of our products and our company in order to help our customers understand and use various Full Circle Music Academy products and services.

Our customer service representative may have additional responsibilities, but first and foremost, they will need to be ready at any moment to answer a customer as quickly as possible. We want to be known in the music industry for having the best support team in the business, and you will be a critical part of leading us towards this goal.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support emails quickly and professionally
  • Create sales opportunities when a product makes sense for someone asking for help
  • Immediately respond to any inquiries over our online live chat system
  • Help any customers who contact us via any social media platform
  • Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team on business strategy in order to better inform our customers
  • Help customers or business partners via other channels such as phone, video conferencing, text message, etc.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Deep knowledge of the music industry
  • Professional communication experience
  • A strong working knowledge of Apple devices & using macOS
  • Very strong writing & professional communication skills
  • Very strong organizational skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Previous professional customer support experience
  • Knowledgeable on our Academy products & offerings
  • Sales experience/background
  • Experience with songwriting, performing, music production, etc.
  • Professional marketing experience
