How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, log in to your Customer Hub here. Then view your subscriptions and click the payment icon next to your active subscription and click “Update card on file.”

How do I access a course I purchased?

To access your courses or other resources from Full Circle Music, please log in to our members area at members.fullcirclemusic.com.

How do I get into the Song Chasers app?

If you are a Song Chasers member, you have access to our custom app!

Go to members.fullcirclemusic.com and click on “Community” for your private access link to join the app!

Can I send you a song I'm working on?

We’ve gotten requests for this a lot over the years. This is one of the main reasons why we created our Song Chasers community! With Song Chasers, you can share your songs in the community, participate in feedback sessions with our team, and even enter your song to be included in Pitch-To-Publisher sessions!

Please feel free to share your songs in the community. We don’t take song submissions via email or via this page.

Can I record a song with you?

Full Circle Music specializes in high-end, professional songs. We don’t typically work with independent artists. However, if you feel that you are at a professional level and would like to work directly with FCM, feel free to send us a message, and we will get you a quote.
